Tunnels
Taner has worked on road and rail projects involving tunnels, culverts, overpasses and underpasses. The most significant tunnel project that Taner assisted with was the Gibraltar Tunnel case which is set out below:
Acting for the Government of Gibraltar in London’s Technology and Construction Court against a Spanish contractor in relation to a dispute arising out of a £30 million contract (incorporating the FIDIC Yellow Book 1999) concerning design and construction work to the Gibraltar Airport and Frontier Access Road, including a tunnel under the airport runway. | Gibraltar |
