Advising the Contractor in relation to a FIDIC Yellow Book 1999 railway contract in Bulgaria. Numerous claims have been put before the Engineer and settled. Extensions of time have been awarded and complex negotiations took place in relation to the scope of the works being amended. The contract sum of the project was in excess of €150 million.

Taner was sole advocate in ICC arbitration proceedings concerning the enforcement of the DAB’s decision.
