Taner advised the Contractor in relation to a heavily amended FIDIC Red Book 1999 Contract. Advise has been given throughout the project on issues that have arisen and assistance given on the claims presented. The contract sum of the project is over €40m. Taner was instructed to attend complex negotiations with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minsters of Finance and Transport resulting in a deed of settlement being proposed.
