Taner greatly believes in dispute prevention wherever possible, and is skilled in facilitating the resolution of disputes. Taner is currently acting as an ICC arbitrator in relation to an international construction project based in Georgia. Taner has been appointed by CIArb as Arbitrator in relation to 4 commercial disputes.

Taner is available to act as as a DAB Member either as a standing board, with a view, ideally, to resolve the dispute before it flares up, or as an ad-hoc DAB Member. He is also available to sit as an Arbitrator in relation to international construction disputes arising out of FIDIC contracts.
