Acting for the Joint Venture Contractor in DAB proceedings concerning a sewerage network under a FIDIC 1999 Red Book. The claim involved allegations of defects made by the EU and allegations of bad design asserted by the Contractor. We put the claim together, drafted all the pleadings and conducted advocacy at the DAB hearing that took place in June 2014. We have also advised on enforcement of the sums adjudged to be due by the DAB.
